Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, the sidebar on the tools page is not sticky for tools page.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Implement a sticky sidebar that stays in view as users scroll down the page.
  • Ensure that the sidebar does not overlap with page content and remains fully functional on all screen sizes.
  • The sidebar should have smooth scrolling behavior for a seamless experience.
