🐛 Bug: the full page refresh and does not maintain the scroll position when filtering blog posts.

Describe the bug

Whenever a user tries to filter the blogs, the whole page gets refreshed, resulting in a bad experience.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to blog page
2. Scroll down
3. Apply filter
4. See the whole page gets refreshed

Expected Behavior

1. Keep the scroll position when filtering
2. Update the URL without refreshing the page
3. Provide smooth transitions between different filter categories
