Left vertical navigation bar should be sticky in specification page

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://json-schema.org/specification
2. Scroll down the page, there is an issue in frontend, the left horizontal navigation bar should be fixed when the page is scrolling down.

Expected Behavior

The left horizontal navigation bar should be fixed at the left position when the page scroll down to bottom.
