Buttons don't resize #105
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a button to a panel
2. tell its constraints that it should stretch
3. increase the size of the pane
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the button to resize, observe it does not.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
JRE version?
