Currently our alpha ramp jumps from 10a, 15a, 40a, 45a. We should rebalance this to 10a, 20a, 30a and 40a. This will allow us to balance the contrast across the system.

We should also take this opportunity to correct the contrast colors for tracks as they are too dark. This will affect components like Slider and Progress.
