Print copyright and tagline below song

Is there a way to print the copyright and the tagline from the header below a song, like insert=fullpage would do, but w/o the whole whitespace?

I don't know exactly what you mean, but did you try adding the following after \score:

\markup \vspace #1
\markup \column {
  \fill-line { \copyrightText }
  \fill-line { \taglineText }
}
