I'm not sure of the expectation here. Do we need to pull the hugging face repo and generate a .kitfile based on it and pack?

In a nutshell, it is examining a repo generate a kitfile and then download and pack.

I have put kitfile generation first because we may want to go into an interactive mode and get approval. Also, some repos contain multiple formats of the same models/dataset that we should avoid downloading.
