GitLab pages: sidebar not loading properly

So, when I open the deployed page locally I see what I'm expecting to see:

But when I deploy it in GitLab pages the sidebar is not loading properly:

I tried opening the console and the only issue I see is:

Error with Permissions-Policy header: Origin trial controlled feature not enabled: 'browsing-topics'.

Is there something that's going wrong?

Answering my own question: the GitLab CI was using the wrong version of Doxygen
