Doesn't work with orthographic camera

When the main camera is orthographic, the shader does not work. Do you have any ideas how to fix this? Thank you.

I'm still getting issues with the orthographic camera when porting over to my own project

As you can see, the getObstacleAlpha seems to mess up the projection somehow
