microsoft edge dev machines download link broken

https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/#downloads is not working anymore and redirects to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/#downloads with only MS Edge download options.

There's this q&a https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1189072/microsoft-edge-vm-download-redirects stating that there's new link to download a Windows development environment, but sadly not directly as a VagrantBox anymore, but as a VirtualBox .ova: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/virtual-machines/

There's also a Windows 11 evaluation iso around https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-11-enterprise. Maybe this link works without entering your data: https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/evalcenter/download-windows-11-enterprise.
