Increment and Decrement keys should not be identical for "Time a behaviour". #62
Description
When set up a new environment, the increment and decrement keys should not be identical for "Time a behaviour" . If they are identical, then increment and decrement will not work at the same time. So, when set a new environment, if the keys are identical then warning message should pop up and restrict the identical keys.
