It is not possible to add the country code in front of phone numbers when adding/editing a contact. (I used +65 for Singapore as an example)
It is "A flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only." as it is uncommon to save foreign phone numbers for a contact but in the rare chance that a person has decided to go overseas and has changed their phone number to a foreign phone number, it would make sense to be able to add the country code in front of the phone number.
