AI Image Super Resolution Usage

0. This feature is only available in Windows、MacOS、Linux and will take your GPU into work

1. Download model

• In setting page, click Download model from Github, it will automatically start downloading the executable file about Real-ESRGAN. When completed, the Model Directory Path will be automatically set to donload folder.
• If the automatic download is too slow, you can download Real-ESRGAN manually and then set Model Directory Path.

2. Select model

• There are two models available, realesrgan-x4plus and realesrgan-x4plus-anime, the latter generates a smaller image size, but may take longer.

3. Image Super resolve

• Select a gallery or archive that has been downloaded, long press and select Image Super resolution and it will automatically start processing.

4. Execution Permissions

• If you get an error while executing the previous step, please check the path configuration and executable permissions of the downloaded model.

5. Reading

• If step 3 is executed normally, you can go to the read page to check. By default it will process from the first image, and you can check progress in top menu.
• The page will be refreshed in real time whenever a image has been super resolved.
• You can turn on/off it in the top menu.

6. Pause

• Select a gallery or archive being processed, long press and select Stop Super Resolution, it will stop the processing of this gallery.

7. Delete

• Select a gallery or archive that has been processed, long press and select Delete Super Resolution Image.

8. Other

• Only one gallery can be processed at the same time.
• It is not recommended to super resolve the original image, it cost more time, space and performance.
