Problem loading anything on app

I seem to have a problem with the app loading anything it seems stuck it can load the ranking and history sections just fine but I can't really search for anything

if I click on any doujin in the ranking or history section they seem to load just fine but none of the previews seem load

On a samsung s22+

1、What does but I can't really search for anything mean? If there's some problems with searching, it will show a error message like Network Timeout after several seconds.
2、More information is required if it is really a bug, such as app logs.

It's the last image I shared its also getting stuck on loading that's all I get the 3 loading dots

Update

I've changed the eh site settings
from ex-hentai to e-hentai

It seems to load doujins in the search bar now but it doesn't seem to be loading any thumbnails for anything including the gallery

When I click on a image in the Gallery they load just fine I'm able to read stuff but I don't have any previews on what I'm clicking for anything they seem to stuck loading as well
