Can't scroll in Dashboard Window #1

Hi @jgclark , I love the dashboard but not something is wrong across all my devices. I can't scroll to the top of the settings within the dashboard. I tried deleting the plugin to no avail and I can't make changes because I can't scroll up and press 'save'.
These are some screen shots and a dashboard diagnostic in a zip file. I have run out of ideas on what it could be.
