[Bug] WiFi light availability only updates upon reloading HA

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Home Assistant when bulbs have no power.
2. See the bulbs shown as Unavailable.
3. Apply power to bulbs.
4. See them available in Sengled app, but still shown as Unavailable in HA.

Expected behavior
Bulbs should be polled for availability every few minutes.
