In the Readme section: Install for OpenWrt official SnapShots and ImmortalWrt
opkg install luci-compat
opkg install luci-lib-ipkg
wget --no-check-certificate https://github.com/jerrykuku/luci-theme-argon/releases/download/v2.3.2/luci-theme-argon-2.3.2-r20250207.apk
opkg install luci-theme-argon*.ipk

luci-theme-argon-2.3.2-r20250207.apk isn't an 'ipk' file.

While OpenWrt has switched to APK packages in the master branch, version 24.10 still uses IPK. You can temporarily use the package I compiled until OpenWrt completes the change.
