Bug: There is no maximum number of characters when saving file names

Description:

Currently, there is no limit to the number of characters a certain export file can be. But files cannot exceed a certain amount of characters when naming if not the file is unable to open.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter the below command.

export testpphuewhuifwhfhoaewohufehuiahiuafehuhufaieauhofeiwhouefahuoafiehuioafehuioefwhuiefawhuiaefhiuoefahuioaefhiouefwhiuoawefhuaofieohiuefahufeihuioefahiouaefuhaifehiufewahiuafehlieflhfealhuilaefhuielhauifeflhuilhuaeflhuefw.csv

2. The file will be exported to the exports folder but it cannot be opened due to name length.

Hi there, thank you for your bug report. We acknowledge that this issue happens when trying to open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel for Mac. We have validations in place to ensure that the file name is at most 255 characters long, which is the file name length limit for filesystems on the three major operating systems (i.e. NTFS for Windows, APFS / HFS+ for mac, and ext4, XFS, etc. for Linux). We have tested the latest release again and confirmed that the check works as stated. However, this issue that you faced is a limitation with Excel on MacOS (especially older versions).

CSV files with filenames longer than 207 characters (but under 255) can still be created and opened by other applications, and it can also be imported by Listify using the import function too. As this issue only happens with a specific application to open CSV files, we have decided to label it as NotInScope.
