Bug: Selecting the last person in the person list causes auto scroll to jump

Description:

I selected the second last person in the index, scroll up to the top of the list then back down to the bottom. Then, I clicked on the last person in the list and it would cause the autoscroll to malfunction and scroll up blocking the view of the last persons details.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
2. Select/Click the second last person in the list.
3. Scroll to the top of the list till you see the first person.
4. Scroll back down to the bottom of the list so that the last person in the list is seen.
5. Select/Click on the last person in the list and the autoscroll should malfunction.
