Unable to add SSH credential from cloud configuration page

Describe the bug
When configuring a cloud, the Add button to add an SSH credential does not do anything and triggers an error in the browser console when clicked.
This is only an issue when creating a new cloud, it works on an existing one.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new Cloud of the EC2 fleet cloud type
2. Select to Launch agents via SSH
3. Click the Add button, nothing will happen

** Logs **
A request is made to https://{jenkins-url}/manage/cloud/[object%20PointerEvent] which results in a 400 response error

Seems this may stem from an issue in the credentials plugin, will have to test again after jenkinsci/credentials-plugin#651 is merged and released.
