Stop storing Memos and tags as hex instead of string

Fix memos and tags to save exact same data that is in CP database.

As of right now, we are converting text memos into hex and storing the longer hex value instead of just the string value.

When have some time, dig into this, get it fixed, and write fix scripts which will fix all mysql memos in sends and destructions to match exact data in sqlite database
