Lip syncing is much better than the other models I have tested like sadtalker, because they provide blur lips.
But there should be a option for less head movement and less eye movement option. Which maybe also use less GPU and also look normal. currently the head movement and eye movement is Unnecessary.
I tried many settings like normalize lip on / off, relative motion on / off, etc. I tried both pose friendly and expression friendly mode.
but the result is still worst. You guys did a dam good job for lip syncing. Kindly fix the head movement and eye movement. try to add fewer motion mode or some options.
Check my output result.
