When did this issue occur?
New Issue
The problem
Device is a Vissani 6000 BTU portable air conditioner. Temp and mode controls function correctly in HA, but the power switch reverts to its previous state after a couple seconds when toggled and has no effect on the unit. However, the state of the switch updates appropriately in HA (within polling periodicity) when controlling from the Hubspace app.

I'm new to this, so hoping that I've captured what's needed here🤞

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?
core-2026.7.0
What type of installation are you running?
Home Assistant OS
Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?
Additional information
There is a possibility this is user error. When initially naming the device in the Hubspace app, I included the forward slash character in "A/C" but have since changed it. I think I deleted everything correctly in HA and reinstalled, though I'm admittedly not smart enough to be certain.
