Add option in provision_demo.sh to wait until delete is successfully completed #76

For provision_demo.sh, it does not wait until all the objects have been fully removed. RFE to add an option to allow waiting until all the dependent objects are gone. One method is "oc get namespaces" for the various namespaces created by provision_demo.sh
