Disable display of the karaf boot progress bar

Setting karaf.delay.console=false in etc/config.properties should do the trick.

We do set karaf.delay.console=false. It disables the shell but not the progress bar.

Make sure to scan the whole etc/config.properties, i've seen it twice in the fabric8-karaf distribution and the first one is false while the second is true.

It seems like it was added to etc/custom.properties as well. Found another karaf.delay.console=true overriding config.properties
