Reordering of index after using github command

The index is changed to 2 whenever any contact of any valid index is changed.

Hi Eliza, I have attached a screen recording to show the issue. This is after I had input the command "list s/progress o/asc". If this is an intended feature, or there was something related to the sorting that I did not pay attention to, I apologise for any confusion.
