This PR is intentionally unsigned and will not be merged. It verifies that the restored protected
authenticate-console-authoritycontext admits an ordinary one-commit head, then a second synchronize commit, without C/T signing or candidate execution. It will be closed and the remote branch deleted after both exact-head checks pass.
