Code Ocean #11
Comments
Hi!
Sure, I have no problem with that. Just wondering if it will work with the eyelink libraries or not. Definitely worth a try though. Let me know if you get it working!
Thanks!
Jason

Hello!
I do want to overstep my boundaries here so I wanted to ask first. I want to put edfR on CodeOcean. It looks like it could keep edfR running regardless of OS and should eliminate errors with R updates. Thoughts?

Apparently the Linux libraries can be installed within the capsule. I will keep you informed!

No idea what CodeOcean is, but it seems to be a way to distribute software. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something, but I doubt we have permission to distribute eyelink libs. They are property of SR Research. |
Other software libraries like FreeSurfer have given Code Ocean special permission. I’m trying to talk to SR so we shall see how it goes. I doubt I’ll have any luck.

I got the Code Ocean container working. I added some of my own data to make sure the edfR functions work properly. I am in talks with SR to get their approval and they seem to be on board. I am not making it public until then, but can you please DM me your emails so I can add you two as contributors to the container? |
Does GitHub have a DM feature? Anyway, you can use the e-mail from my GitHub profile ([email protected]). |
