Remove Live Preview Button

I think we should remove the live preview button. I find it quite confusing. I think the colour should always change when selecting a colour.

ok, will remove it, however this will mean that the device's led color will always change when scrolling through the colors.

At least make it enabled by default. Though you probably want to see the color of the LED before saving to a palette of favourite colors or saving to the device EEPROM.
