[PS Vita] Chimerasnes core is missing on RetroArch 1.15.0 stable

Hello I installed the newest retroarch 1.15.0 stable build on my ps vita and there is no chimerasnes core inside. Tried to build from source on a windows machine with msys but failed.

Didn't know If I should report this here or on the reddit thread.

I asked on the discord server to get ChimeraSNES builds on the nightly releases a few weeks ago and the libretro buildbot developer BoardsOfCanada is taking a look at it. I can't do it myself as I'm not part of the libretro team.
