Hello! Sorry, I have used this function and code before with no issue and my data looks exactly the same. However, today I tried to re-run some old analysis and this is the message that I got:

Error in (function (classes, fdef, mtable) :
unable to find an inherited method for function ‘coordinates’ for signature ‘"NULL"’
What could this be?
