Add a description to ReadMe?

I was searching for our Trendspedia github repository (by googling, instead of going to github.com, a few clicks and then finally reading it). I found this repo in the top few results. I understand this is the code for the clustering work you are doing for Prof Anthony (the one you presented at last week's meeting, right?). Could you add some description, documentation (for example, what are you trying to do, which files contain which code, etc.)? I will be reading and understanding this code later and I am trying to make my work easier :))
