Load and edit local dataset

Hi, thanks for the effort in making an easy to use dataset editor for LeRobot datasets. It would be nice to be able to load a local dataset (instead of requiring it to be published to huggingface). For example, loading a dataset from ~/.cache/huggingface/lerobot.

Hi @zicodasilva, I can see how this would be useful. I've started looking into this and it doesn't look like it should be too difficult to add support for this. Will keep you posted

@zicodasilva not going to support loading a local dataset at this time, but you should be able to use lerobots new dataset tools huggingface/lerobot#2100
