Since a few days I can't see anymore the snapshots of my G3 and my G3 flex cams. I'm getting always an error or can't even see the snapshot page in homey. I've nothing changed on the cams and they were working before (anonymous access granted). Only change was Homey upgrade to 4.2.0. But to be honest I don't know exactly when it stopped working. My docker container on my Synology NAS has the same software version of Unifi Video since months.

Could you go to the app's settings page (in the Homey app), tap the gear icon in the too right corner and then disable and then enable the app again to see if that restores the snapshot functionality?

I tried that already. I‘ve also restarted and finally reinstalled the homey app. No change. I‘ve restarted as well the controller, what I haven‘t done is a restart of the cams.

That is quite strange then; I also have version 4.2.0 on my Homey and it is working quite ok. I do spotted a few times that after a disconnect or crash, the snapshot page was missing from the camera devices in the Homey app, but disabling/enabling the app (not restarting) would solve that.

I've rebooted again my docker container where unifi video is running, powered off/on the cams and as well deactivated the homey app. Same state "Could not fetch snapshot image". Do you know the URL which will be used for anonymous access to get the picture?

I just tried to add a virtual IP Cam and added the address http:///snap.jpeg. This however works like a charm, so I don't get why it doesn't work with your app. Can I debug somehow?

Hey. Sorry but my setup stopped to work too .
Homey - (Homey v5.0.0-rc.34)
NVR - unifi-video version: 3.10.13 - (ESXi vm)
UnifiVideo app - v1.1.3

I first started not receiving anymore notifications from the follow i had warning about motion . I started by confirming it wasn't a problem with the pushover app , i removed that .
Then i have put a new password on the user created for the homey and rotated the API key on the user.
Then completly removed the unifi-video-api app from the Homey and reinstalled it and added the user again .
Restarted Homey and the Unifi-video vm again ..
Tried to find add on devices the NVR again , and i get always a timeout warning in red on the top after some minutes 30 seconds
Tried to check with tcpdump to confirm at least that the homey was trying to comm. with the machine and yes i see resquests and responses packets on 7443 from and to homey ....
Any ideia ?
Thanks
