Hi, requesting here as per whatsapp.
Please add a button for users to add feedback or report a mistake they noticed they made, or maybe some other feedback that isn't specific to a mistake in transcript

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current tagging interface does not provide a convenient way for users to give feedback, whether they are specific to a transcript error or general comments about the tagging process.

Describe the solution you'd like
The tagging interface should include a button that allows users to submit feedback. This feedback form could include options for common issues as well as a free text field for additional comments.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative solution could be to implement a dedicated feedback page accessible from the tagging interface, where users can report issues or provide suggestions in more detail.

Additional context
Including a feedback mechanism will require changes to both the backend and the frontend of the tagging interface. This feature will help in identifying common problems and improving the overall accuracy and user experience of the tagging process.
