DG appendices not labelled as such in contents

The sections following from Product scope are all Appendices (as they are labelled as so in their individual sections). However, the Table of Contents does not label them as such.

Team's Response

We believe this is only a cosmetic bug. This bug does not affect any operation of our app and most users can function well as our sections are all present and properly labelled.
