[Feature Request] Editing ped's flags

Hello, i've been playing around with the menyoo spooner for ages now, and it's always been a shame to me that the ped editor in the spooner doesn't have more options available, such as editing the ped's flags, which would give an extremely wider amount of options and stuff to be done with them, and even if not an option for all of them, i always wanted to for example edit a ped's accuracy, if he can writhe, and if he can ragdoll when shot (which is an option, but it's not the one that rockstar uses for online peds, they can still ragdoll but only when hit by a car etc., which when the menyoo ones do, they do the weird ragdoll animation and die from writhe anyway), and if only just these three would be implemented, i would be much grateful

edit: and also, if it's even possible, add more factions other then just friend, enemy and neutral
