"No Helmet While Riding Motorcycle/Moped/Bike" Option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The character will always put on a helmet when getting on a motorcycle in single player. Sometimes (most times?) many people don't want that helmet, especially if it isn't one we want. This can be true for many machinima creators.

Describe the solution you'd like
In GTA online, players have the option of which helmet they would like to put on when getting on a motorcycle, OR to not wear a helmet at all. Such an option could be nice perhaps in the [Vehicle Options] menu, or maybe in the [Player Options] --> [Wardrobe]
Being able to select the actual helmet to put on lends itself more to the Wardrobe menu I suppose

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is to get on a motorcycle and immediately start driving and not pause, or the character will put on a helmet. The helmet can be changed through the Wardrobe menu after the character puts one on.
