Roadmap projection drift: keep .lux roadmap, docs, CLI, API, and MCP aligned

• docs/roadmap-reality-lock.md says historical docs can drift from gateway reality.

Current state

Roadmap truth lives in .lux/roadmap.json, while README, docs/usage.md, gateway README, CLI/API/MCP responses, and skills are projections.

Acceptance criteria

• Add or strengthen checks that compare roadmap projections against .lux/roadmap.json and gateway loaders.
• Docs cannot upgrade planned or partial capabilities without evidence refs.
• Roadmap status changes require evidence_path/pushed_at/push evidence where applicable.
• Drift failures are explicit and actionable.
