If I connect to my work VPN (Cisco Anyconnect) I can no longer connect to WSL with RDP...

Ideas?

I have not used Cisco Anyconnect, so can't be sure.

Also, are you using WSL on your work machine and trying to RDP from your local?
If this is the case, then I guess you have to do port forwarding. Getting the IP address of the system and accessing its port 3389 or 3390.

If the WSL is on your local system. Then maybe try using your local IP address instead of localhost. Anyway, I'm not sure how VPN will affect connectivity in this situation.
