We need the option to render parts of a document only if a specific tag is set. As it is not possible to properly nest asciidoc tags, we need an additional way to do this.

In addition, the tag that is set is also supposed to be displayed as part of the resulting filename.

We need this for the two SEC-Trainings (EMBEDDEDSEC, WEBSEC), that share a codebase and also a common part of the curriculum, but then there are also parts that differ.
