Check Links to Glossary and Add New Links

Some of the existing links do not seem to work any more (cross-cutting-concepts, e.g.). We have to check every link to the glossary, add links for missing terms and also add the links for the German curriculum.

• Add links for German terms
• Check existing links for English terms
• Add links for English terms that are currently not linked

I think I did update some terms before the release last year, yes. But we still need to check all of them. :-)
