Interactive prompt to set up configuration options and environment variables

The `.env` setup is the part that's still a bit confusing for new users in the initial setup in my opinion.

Something pretty and interactive like https://github.com/Keats/kickstart would make ipfs-deploy that much more pleasant to get started with.

#114 could also be a path to allow people to experiment with this.
