Preserve existing README content when adding new project
This change replaces the entire curated README.md with a single RustChain bullet instead of inserting a new item under the Compute section, which drops all existing DePIN categories, links, and contribution context for every reader of the repository landing page. Given the commit intent is to add one project, this is a clear destructive regression in repository documentation and should be fixed by restoring prior content and adding the new entry in-place.

Added RustChain (Proof-of-Antiquity blockchain) to the Compute section.
RustChain rewards vintage hardware with its unique Proof-of-Antiquity consensus mechanism - old computers earn more than new ones! 🏆
