I moved my IOTA to Firefly in 2022. I upgraded today and now I can't open it even after entering my PIN.

When I first created it in 2022, I only had a PIN setting. There was no phrase setting. So I don't know how to restore it. I also went to Discord for support, but I don't know where to ask. Where did my IOTA go? I only have a PIN code

Firefly IOTA is deprecated and it no longer works for the new (IOTA) Mainnet network. You should switch to the new IOTA Wallet extension. You can import your mnemonic or connect your ledger device to it.

Isn't it Discord? Everywhere I look I see references to Discord. Even when I join Discord I can't find where to get support.

Once you’ve joined Discord, make sure to join the IOTA server. In the general channel or the raise-support-ticket channel, you can ask anything you need.
