[Bug]: Claim creation skips the IntuRank proxy fee.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on new claim
2. Click on create claim
3. Search and select subject + predicate + object
4. Validate transaction

Actual Behavior

On first time interaction the Dapp make the user sign an approval for the Inturank proxy fee to make deposit in the name of the user.

That said this permission is not used there, as on the creation step, the deposit is going through directly the multivault, bypassing the Inturank proxy fee
