Integrate user account deletion (api route and options in settings page)

This will be a big scope, needs api route.

This feature cannot be implemented until we enable these options in the user account:

• Magic link to a real email and TOTP;
• 2FA;
• Device sessions and more.

User with just oauth can have their socials hacked/stollen which would compromise their account on Atlas too and allow the hacker to delete their profile.
