chill'ax error: not started #340

Tried installing on Ubuntu 64bit 16.04.4 LTS and after running ./bin/wasabi.sh start I get the chill'ax error.

I can reproduce with the following steps:

On a fresh install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
git clone wasabi
./bin/wasabi.sh bootstrap
sudo reboot
./bin/wasabi.sh build start
