Private Beta Open 🎉

The private Beta for DesignSystemHub is now open.

It is now possible to use DesignSystemHub with your design system. Since the project is not polished, we prefer a personalized kick-off with each new user. It will help us get feedback and lower the expectations 🫣.

What you can expect

The project DesignSystemHub is very young (a few months) and despite some unique features already implemented, many things remain to be done.

So you might experience some bugs when trying the beta. And some limitations exist:

• no private design system: right now everything is public so please do not import confidential data into DesignSystemHub.
• periodic database cleanup: since users play a lot of this beta version, we have a lot of unstable data in the database. We will periodically apply clean-ups until the public version is available. But don't worry, we will alert you before and it will be easier for you to sync it again from figma and the code.
• no automatic synchronization: so far, you must go to the settings in the user interface, we work hard to add the automatic synchronization as soon as possible
• not found images: after one weeks, your images will show 404 error not found. It is a known issue (feat: store images in S3 #16).
• Figma and React: DesignSystemHub will work only with Figma and React, another ecosystem will come later in 2025.
• We will do our best to take your feedbacks into account and fix the bugs as soon as possible.
