Are you talking about HAXM, HAXM is a kernel mode driver so it does kernel mode things which will be normally detected as virus. My Hobby OS kernel is detected as virus, my FAT32 File System formatting program gets detected as a virus. These anti-malware programs are really bad.

I understand, I don't know how kernel drivers works, but if is clean they should put it on a whitelist.
